I believe in a relationship of trust and understanding will exist once you and I get to know each other. During the course of our business relationship, I’ll be asking a lot of questions of you, regarding you needs, desires and abilities; therefore you should also know me and my background. Moving to Connecticut from Baltimore, Maryland in 1972 resulted from a career move with the Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Co. After 30+ years and achieving the level of officer, I was offered an early retirement package in 1991. This was due to a company merger and the requirement to reduce overall staff. I elected to take the package and retired in January 1993. The reason I chose Real Estate for my new career is it offers me a chance to deal directly with a variety of people. It also gives me the opportunity to help others achieve their goals and provides me with the freedom to impact on how it will be done. Wallace-Tustin Realty, Inc. was chosen for several reasons.

I am married and live with my wife in the Lancaster Woods section of Windsor. In addition to my real estate affiliation, I hold offices in several organizations and served as Lay Leader in my church. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing golf, bowling, and traveling. Over the years, I have practiced Real Estate in 18 different towns in the Greater Hartford Area. I received my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 1996.
